Yeah, he knocked that one into next week! Now if only the Dodgers can get a healthy Kershaw back into the rotation.

Ohtani with 30 and Ozuna with 28. Nice little race for the NL home run king shaping up.

I've watched MLB for 40 years and was also fortunate to work for the Baltimore Orioles in 2019, despite them losing 108 games.
They would've lost all 162 of them had I been on the field, but I digress.
Ohtani will go down as the best player to ever don an MLB uniform.

30 HRs for a rehabbing pitcher. Can't make this stuff up.

This Dodger team reminds me of the old Yankees teams. They dominated the sport. I hope this team goes all the way.
I saw Ohtani several times when he played with the Angels. It is hard to describe the effect his presence on the field had in the stands. Only a few players in history have done what he does. When he walked on the field, a hush came over the stadium, in anticipation of whatever he was going to do. Pitching, hitting, scoring runs......he does it all.
At the Freeway Series games, when Ohtani played for the Angels, at least 75% of the attendees in the stands would be wearing Dodger Blue. That didn't bother me. Like most people from around here, I love both the Angels and the Dodgers.

Hard fought battle.

Ohtani hasn't pitched a single game all season, yet he's having another possible MVP season.
