@onewrld--the "saga" is probably a lot less Bieber-esque than you imagine. Ohtani is virtually the team's lowest paid player (endorsements aside), he didn't drive a car in Japan and lived in the team's dormitory, and he has a all-consuming focus on embodying the "complete" baseball player but is held back by his injuries. If he were healthy and consistently productive, then he might try to chill and develop a playboy streak, you never know.
