“I think if you guys are asking, you know," McCullers said about the walk. “Not only that, but clearly he was out at second. When the game is affected by the guys not playing it, it sucks.”

If he was clearly out there would be no need for a review.

These Astros are a real piece of work.. They bash Ohtani on their Spanish twitter and then walk him 7 times in 2 games. Pathetic cowards.

I can't recall the last time a batter was walked 4 times in the same game - ridiculous.

Ohtani’s only batting around .210 since the all star break, but with no protection in the order they’ve been pitching around him. Pitches for strikes against him is only 43 percent, 4th lowest in MLB. When Trout’s back next season his average will improve 40 points.

Looks like the marginal pitchers got the message. Fast ball middle-in = GONE!

To be fair, opposing pitchers don't really suffer any consequences because the Angels have nobody to follow Shohei.

The remainder of the season might be called the Shohei shuffle. Walk to 1st, steal 2nd, come home on a hit.
