Oh boy! this is becoming a total farce! this should have been thought about from the onset of the games, NOT at the last minute like this. If the IOC want any help please give Mr Boris Johnson a ring and he might be able to help ( not)

Good chance for people to see a different park of Japan.

Haha haha.... this is more entertaining than half the actual Games!

Well organised and on time? That was part of the publicity that sold the games wasn't it?

Gotta be better than the heat island known as Tokyo.

Well thank you Osaka_Doug and David Varnes and others for keeping it positive or at least constructive.
And I also support this move, despite it being on such short notice. And for those who complain about how disorganized this is, as well as the games in general, well I say to you, “well too late now.” What, would you rather for Japan to throw away all those billions of dollars invested on this, just because it’s disorganized, and well as a lot more expensive than you thought it was? Well it’s like they say, hindsight is 20/20.
And yes I know that last part looks like a pun because of the year 2020, but please, focus on my argument as a whole. Not just on that last little bit.

The JOKE continues, what will tomorrow bring.....

It should've but it wasn't. It has been now, and frankly, a year is not the last minute. This is plenty of time.

one year preparation no, Snow starts next month until april, you are lucky to have 3 months to prepare, BTW where will the athletes stay? and volunteers? and how about security? And yes, Tokyo spent 300B to prepare the route, will IOC refund it? and now Sapporo is asking Tokyo to pay for the event. This is getting better than my favorite drama
