Padres' bats go silent against Phillies in NLCS opener

Darvish pitched well, and there were a few opportunities to score but they just couldn’t get any runs across the plate.

Not sure why JT has 4 pictures of one of Soto's strikeouts. But yeah, it was a pretty boring game with very little batting power by the Pads. The Phillies have been a surprising success in this series.

Darvish did a classic Darvish. He pitxhed a good game but gave up a couole of homeruns.

And that was the difference.
