Somebody's head has to roll, so it's the manager. But the team has had Ohtani and Trout for years and haven't improved. I'd say the problem is higher up. General managers and money men don't seem to quite be getting it. If you stand pat you lose. They have stood pat with a mediocre to bad team for years now. Not the manager's fault. Get him something to work with.
