Specially those not using Mastercard, no doubt.
About their being 850,000 applications, not really as " half of the applicants used the MasterCard so they could double up their applications " that would mean that the number of applicants is approx 600,000, half of them using the double up MasterCard system comes to 850,000 applications.
So much time to prepare, so relatively little applicants online , and still making such a mess. Insufficient system for back up on phone or email...difficult to find anyone... not impressed

Not surprising, they are probably using an Excel spreadsheet on a Windows XP laptop to do all of the processing and data collection.
