Japan is patriotic, but not nationalistic.

While it all sounds good and altruistic, does this mean higher ticket prices on JAL? I’m sure the paint job isn’t cheap. Or did they really think people will choose JAL over other airlines from the updated planes? Or just a PR job with no returns associated with it? Just asking...

Can't be that bothered when they've selected one of the oldest members of their fleet. Their cross town rivals ANA have Star Wars liveries on their newest aircraft.
