Garces simply does not belong in this group. Both the Australians and NZ' O'Keefe are far superior. World Rugby's head ref, Alain Rolland (the Irish son of a Frenchman) has had his day in the position and like Bill Beaumont needs to be out out to pasture.

@Kenta - Well Poite is awful for a start. Together he and Garces ignored the offisde Law of rugby and cost NZ the Lions Series. That alone should disallow either of them anywhere near the WC let alone knockout games
