What are the qualifications of members of the organizing committee of the RWC. I find their decision making amateurist, first the outright cancellation of matches, next why are they playing all 4 QF in two stadia Tokyo and Oita and Oita being a small city and in the south for that matter. Kansai, Chubu deserve a spot. So they expect people to leave Kansai to watch in Oita or Tokyo.
Why are they making it look like Japan is short of venues or attendance is low. The 4QF matches had to be spread across the nation.
Ganbare Japan!
Go Go Brave Blossoms! Youve got this! The original goal was get to the Semi Final, and take it from there, and they can do it. Get an early try or two and Springboks will be on the back foot and playing catch up. The superior team-work and fitness of Brave Blossoms will win them the game.
Brave Blossoms 30 - Springboks 23

Agree with drlucifer.. Oita, is just too far from any population centres. And is only a 40,000 seat stadium. Just too out of the way. Osaka, Nagoya, Shizuoka, Yokohama?
Oita had a few group games..thats enough.
The Brave Blossoms luck and great play has run its course...SA will win by 20 points.
Semis will be:
ENG v NZ
WALES v SA
But I have been wrong before...several times...

Upvote for everyone here. Because we all have our favorites and we want them to do well.
COYBIG and also good luck to Japan, who have been nothing short of extraordinary so far.

I'm excited about the Brave Blossoms v Springboks match. This is a historic quarter final - after 32 years of RWC, Japan has risen to the final eight. So happy for Japan!

Personally, I can't see Japan beating the springboks. Great effort to make it this far, but the boks will be out for revenge and won't be caught napping this time.
France /Wales game will depend on which France team turns up.
Australia /England, probably England, but an upset is definitely on the cards, especially if Petaia has a good game, hugely talented.
I think NZ is a bridge too far for Ireland.
My $0.02.

Japan has had a great tournament but this beautiful run will come to an end this Sunday. Against the almighty Springboks, the Brave Blossoms have bitten more than they can chew. A good game is expected but the Springboks march on to the semis at the end of the day.
