A great push forward for Japanese rugby.
Now if only more schools in Japan starting opting for grass grounds and not just dirt. I get that it needs maintenance and not all education boards can afford it but it needs some serious thought. Japan is missing out on grassroots development in some field sports unless you are luck enough to join an academy or prestigious school with the infrastructure in place.

More Schools in Japan need to be adding Rugby to their Sports agenda's for the game to take off well.
The same should be said too for other Asian Countries. I'm surprised at the Chinese / Koreans not seeing the Japanese do so well and wishing to do better themselves... perhaps they're afraid of being defeated by Japan ?
