I thought SLC was banned from hosting another Olympics because they gave out so many bribes the last time?

Why are cities still bidding?

Just collectively agree to ignore the IOC, and they’ll be begging/paying people to host.

It was during the Salt Lake Olympics that IOC bribing was exposed wide open, but not just at Salt Lake but in prior Olympic hosts as well (although it's the first time a Dept. of Justice filed legal charges against the US Olympic leadership)

They'd have to ban every city that has hosted the Olympics
