SEA!!!! HAWKS!!!! Wait, why is this important to people in Japan?

The games are broadcast in Japan on NHK satellite.

scipantheist: Agree it may not be all that relevant, as with all the non-Japanese (or related) Entertainment news, but all told it's a pretty major event in sports, and big news for Football fans world-wide.

scipantheist: Look up the Japan American Football Association, founded in 1934. There's even the annual Rice Bowl (no kidding) held between the college champs and corporate/club team X-League champs.

Patriots vs. Seahawks? This Super Bowl match-up could be one for the ages.

That ending was screwed up! What are the chances!

And the annoying NHK talking heads will ramble on ignorantly during/over the halftime show. I'll watch it online instead.

Moral of story, never give up.

Green Bay controlled 99% of game but was tied at end of regular time after last few minutes surge by Seattle..

Seattle won in over time.

Never give up.

Don't care for the result, but the game was a classic ! These two teams (GBxSEA) have played some interesting games !

I REALLY hate to use this English phrase, but "choke job" are probably the right words to use considering near the end of the game the Packers were leading 17-9 and looked like they were going win. The Packers ended up playing not to lose and lost.

It was a classic comeback this century. R. Wilson, who had nothing all game came through when it counted most! Congratulations Seahawks. Being a Wisconsin alumni, I was rooting for both teams!
