Good to see the Angels bailing Shohei out instead of the other way for a change.

Better to give up five runs and win, than give up five and lose.

Six hits, nine strikeouts, in seven innings and win would be a good day for any pitcher. Just unfortunate that four of those hits were HRs. But it's MLB. Good hitters can turn mistakes into HRs.

Anybody who doesn't understand Shohei is an absolute unicorn of an athlete and a baseball player has zero understanding of the human condition. He's incredible.
