@netgrump, nothing racist about that. The Australian sporting landscape is quite unique and soccer's only the 3Rd or 4th football code in the country.
I actually know quite a few Asian-Australians (from all backgrounds not only J) who attended their first football game (all codes) after Ono joined the wanderers. I asked them why and they said they never felt 'at home' in 'your' stadiums (all communities bar Asians).
Asian fans have always been under-represented in Oz stadiums.
