I went to watch Marinos recently also, and the stadium was far too big for the actual level of football on show

You'd think with almost every bloody stadium having an athletics track in it that Japan would actually be good at athletics.

Atmosphere poor. Rain could have been a factor

Could be down to holding the game in a soulless, chasmic athletics stadium. Could also be down to the fans having only one chant, a chant that consists of only one word.

Was able to get tickets for this game, though it was all a bit flat.

Japan huff and puff. Mitoma their best player.

Uruguay technically much better, but lacking a cutting edge

Atmosphere poor. Rain could have been a factor
