Humans have a vertical posture. When standing upright, our heart has to work very hard to pump blood up against gravity. By instinct, tennis players know this. After winning a game a player lies flat on the court to celebrate. The loser should also get horizontal. For the health of a country or of the world, we all should also get horizontal for half an hour during the day. If we all practised the afternoon siesta the world would be a healthier and happier place!
