Just amazing! I agree with dcog9065, Sara-Chan is now the greatest Japanese female athlete of all time.Looking forward to seeing her get that Gold in Beijing 2022!!

Before anyone gets ahead of themselves, Takanashi is not even the greatest current Japanese female athlete. That would probably be Saori Yoshida, the wrestler. Takanashi is only the greatest ski jumper. It's still a great achievement though.
