Nishikori could face big-serving Isner in the following round

Isner was knocked out, so Nishikori won't be playing him.
The two top seeds are Kevin Anderson and Sam Querrey, and they are still live as of now.
Nishikori was seeded 5th here, but that of course is a result of his injury lay-off. I don't think the other players in the draw have ever ranked as high as Nishikori, but that is past history. But if he manages to win this tournament, it'll be a positive, promising sign for his come-back, that everyone would be pleased about (you'd think).

So much for that, I guess. I notice you had to bring up his injury in case he doesn't win, and his past glory, too.
