Baseball is so utterly dull already, but paying to watch a training session of it takes it to a whole new level.

To you, not to approximately 500 million fans worldwide, primarily concentrated in the United States, Japan, and parts of Latin America.
If people want to spend their money on it, then that’s what they do. I hate shopping, but my wife can spend all day at the mall, crazy. I get what you’re saying in a sense, but the guy is the next massive larger to life persona. I have a friend in Fukuoka, she will be going to LA in a few weeks to watch 3 games, she put down a few grand, tickets, flights, hotel….yup.

I watched Ohtani at Angel Stadium. He was an amazing presence on the field. Saw him pitch, hit, knock in a run, steal a base, and score a run. He does it all, and he does it with flare. Was sorry to see him leave the Angels, but I think he wanted to be on a winning team, and the Angels didn't have the dough to back him up with more great players.

We all have our favorite sports. For me it is baseball and soccer. Lettered in football and basketball, but not interested in watching those games.

Although I was crazy about BB I have a strange affection for doing track events.. maybe both rotate rapidly, went to see Hanshin with my son as a young guy. Good athletic stuff on view but why does it take so long, mmmh the first time he did me. "Go get a hot dog",,"I don't like them" you can get a nice potato chips near hemajima!
