We already know that countries are on lockdown and that thousands of people are dead.
That is not a positive background for adequate training

Will they expand the consultation to atheletes, all the support workers and all those who pay for tickets to watch. Or will they act like adults and take personal responsibility for the most obvious decsions in the world. A child of two has more sense.

The IOC and Japan must start caring about the athletes health. When the athletes themselves start speaking up, may be they will listen.
