However I am more surprised that they simply just didn't print more posters from scratch since money seems to be no problem in this Tokyo Olympic debacle.

‘Hope lights our way’ seems a very appropriate slogan. Hope no one notices what a colossal waste of money and time this has been and don’t shine any light on the inept and corrupt individuals who’ve made a killing.
