Toyota to sponsor Nadeshiko League soccer

Toyota Motor Corp has signed an agreement with the Japan Women's Football League to become an official sponsor1 of the league-run Plenus Nadeshiko League and the Plenus Challenge League (collectively referred to as the Nadeshiko League) from October 2011 through March 2013.

On Nov 30, the Nadeshiko League champions will meet the current English Women's Football Association champions, the Arsenal Ladies, in the Toyota Vitz Cup. It will be the first appearance of the Arsenal Ladies in Japan.
