Trainer Gordon Elliott banned over dead horse photo

Tasteless photo, but this is an overreaction.

The tasteless photo is just an indication of his character. The real crime - and it should be a crime, punishable by more than a suspended slap on the wrist.- is that the literally rode a horse to its death.

That is unforgivable, and he should never again be allowed to be responsible for the welfare of any animal.

Yeah, nary a mention of what happened to the horse. I find that as offensive as the picture that was taken.
