They could also check with other countries, such as the USA, where pitch limits have been used from the Little League up through the high school levels on a regular basis going back to when I was a kid playing baseball. I wouldn't mind seeing some sort of mercy rule in high school basketball. I'm getting tired of watching teams run up the scores. Its common to see 150-18 type scores because some coaches believe only the starting members should play in order to be ready for the next game.
