That continues to leave the status of defending champion Novak Djokovic in question. Djokovic, who has refused to say if he’s vaccinated,

He should just say he has been "immunized" !

Djokovic is the winner as his body is not weakened and sick by the vaccine

Props to him.

Just get the shot and defend your title. He won’t be allowed into Australia without being double vaxed. Neither will anybody else.

Didn't he test positive for the virus last year? He's probably better "immunized" that those who are only vaccinated.

As long as he doesn't start demanding an exemption, he's free to choose not to be vaccinated. He won't be allowed to defend his title, but if it's that important to him, so be it. I'm sure others will be happy to have a competitor out the way.

If he did have a virus last year, he is no longer immunized... Get vaccinated and defend your title!

If he got the vaccine last year, you would be right. Immunity from the vaccine only lasts a few months. But immunity from a natural infection is broader and long lasting.

No it isn't neither it is broader! LOL

It's like saying that once you catch Influenza, you will never catch it again! Nor will you ever need a flu shot every year for the new strain! LOL

But immunity from a natural infection is broader and long lasting.

Reports prove this is not the case for many people, specially if the infection is not heavily symptomatic. People are getting reinfections and sometimes getting an even worse disease the second time. Waning immunity also affect the natural infection.

Australia doesn't deserve to hold world-class events, the ATP should really consider moving it.

Where’s yer pro professional?

Dead already.

Vaccine only lasts few months eh? How many is a few?

Immunity from natura infection is longer lasting eh? How long? How many months?

You make claims like this you need evidence. Let’s see it.

2 billion people have the vaccine but this guy...

and covid 19 is stronger this year than last when no vaccines had been given out.

Whats your point again?

That's strange. I and everyone else I know have had the vax and many the booster, and we ALL feel fine.

If Darwin is going to do his job, then so be it. There's no helping the stupid.

Wrong Bob, less people dying and less people hospitalized *

Both in absolute numbers and as a proportion of population

However you are right that we need to get the little scared boys to get vaccines so we have less chances to bump into the virus courtesy of these guys

PS I noticed you did not comment on the statement that the unvaccinated are stronger

*this information not available to you on your medical journal or choice... Instagram????

This guy make look normal and all, but obviously he is not.

I wonder what it is like to consider yourself human but at the same not think science matter and not bother to consider that your stupidity affects others... obviously he doesn't care.

We really have to stop thinking that being good at a sport equals being intelligent or having any care for fellow human beings.

This.. Bingo.

Not that I ever looked up to professional athletes, but anyone ever did they shouldn't now given his cavaliar attitude towards public health
