Looking forward to this partnership between Aston Martin and Honda. I wonder if they'll come out of the blocks running, or will Honda need some tinkering time to get their new engine fine-tuned as at McLaren?

Much (but not all) of Honda's strength was in their secret new battery technology, i.e. quicker charging for longer release, but I always felt that Red Bull have never publicly expressed enough thanks to Honda for their crucial role in helping them leapfrog the other teams.

Honda on the other hand have a track record of entering F1, quitting, entering again, quitting and then entering again.

It'd be a brave person to bet against Honda finding success with this new Aston Martin outfit.

Arguably the most dominant period any engine manufacturer has ever had was the Honda turbo with McLaren in the mid to late 80s with the legendary Senna. The Marlboro cars are iconic.

Go go Honda!
