I have read about Toro Rosso - Honda and Marko is shopping for temporary replacement driver for Bredon Hartley recently.

Why Honda doesn't recommend its country man Kobayashi Kamui-san to Toro Rosso - Honda team?

I believe Toyota will agree to release Kamui-san for only 2018 F1 season and also I think there's no collusion date on WEC and Formula One race dates. Kamui san can still compete in WEC.

Kamui-san will be very useful for feedback and scoring points for the Toro Rosso team and Honda. Kamui san is very fast and competence driver.

Toro Rosso - Honda should call Kamui san for test?

Good for Sebastian, but this race was worse than Monaco, a procession from start to finish with almost zero overtaking. The only 'exciting' moment was when the checkered flag was waved early by mistake and the race was officially called at 68 laps. JT has wisely left out that piece of non-news.
