160,000 unsold in world cup. Better to sell them at lower prices,so that south africans can see the world cup ,up close live at the stadiums.

The world cup may take many decades ,to come back to south africa.

Probably for the Japan games. :)

I doubt it since the article clearly states that "none of the 64 games are sold out"; and I don't think Japan is playing in all 64 games. It's a shame that many of the South Africans themselves can't even afford the ticket prices to see the games.

Aren't those vuvuzelas annoying, let's see what happens once the WC kicks off.

“The level of noise in the stadium. It is an important matter that when we make an announcement in the stadium everybody must be able to hear it,” Jordaan said. “We ask for that particular discipline. We cannot have unmitigated noise levels in the midst of the singing of national anthems. These are serious issues that we need to address.”

Is he serious? Next he'll be asking fans to only applaud at the "appropriate times". Good grief.
