The guy hits a game-winning home run and the only picture of him you have is an unflattering one where he is striking out. lol

May the best team win. It will be very interesting to watch how the rest of the games go.

That was sure an exciting finish. I thought the MLB had it in the bag, but then boom, he hits this on perhaps the last possible pitch of the game. This was my son's first time to see a professional game. What a great introduction! I'm sure the MLB players were disappointed to lose, but the atmosphere at this game was amazing. Much different than a game in the US. Something I'm sure they'll remember.

I am a diehard Hanshin Tigers and LA Angels fan and these teams have players from neither teams. Well Japan has only Iwasada who may or may not play because he is a pitcher and the worst on the team statistically. I just can't get excited watching players from the Giants, Carp and Hawks.
