I live in Surprise, AZ, about 5 minutes to the spring training facility of the Rangers. I plan to see a game or two, maybe when Yu is pitching.

For those in the States, do you remember the Yao Ming commercial for the credit card? "Take a check?" "Yo.." "Yao!"
If they don't make a "Yao Yu Yo" commercial, I'll be sorely disappointed.

Hope he has a successful career, from a rival Mariners fan. I look forward to seeing the Ichiro-Darvish matchups.

Yu is in good hands with Ryan and Maddux. They can teach him a lot about conditioning, pitching instead of throwing, and how to have a great career instead of a great season. If Darvish can have half the success of either, he will have a great career.
