I'm not saying the US are good guys, but why would anyone other than a Russian or someone paid by Russia say anything good about Putin? If someone could provide examples showing what Russia's done to benefit the world lately I'm willing to listen.Thanks for being civil.

Sorry, but it's easy to find your arguments as biased as any other. Why do you mention "rightists and Russians" and not "leftists and Canadians"? In the article you link to, I don't find any information about how the researcher "created this list of Russian trolls". When I read Scottish online news, I'm convinced there's a whole army of anti-independence fanatics writing all day long to try and slur independence supporting politicians. But I doubt they are paid as the quality of writing is so poor as to be counter-productive (perhaps it's the other side doing it.). On this site, those who tend to voice support for Trump and/or Russia get their posts heavily down-voted. It might make the cynic think there's an army of people getting paid to down-vote.

I do; I read a range of sources and always have. In doing so it's pretty easy to recognize patterns. In reading posts on this site and others I've noticed recurring themes from posters and have come to believe that given their pro-Russian, anti-west bias they come from Russians or from people paid by Russia. The only people I've heard say anything positive about Russia are Russians themselves.
