So they are going to ignore the already identified risks (making profits from stolen content, aggravating harassment and sexual abuse, etc.) and they will only focus on risks that could slow down the deployment of AI?

While generative AI brings many benefits to the economy and society

I would like to contradict that statement. It brings exactly zero benefits and instead quite some demerits. But don't worry, I don't repeat this time, why that is the only possible outcome.
