This is just an excuse to cut production and raise DRAM and NAND prices.

SK Hynix has enough material to continue producing, but cutting production to raise price is not easy due to possible anti-thrust charges. Abe san gave SK Hynix a perfect excuse to cut production and raise prices.

Furthermore, SK Hynix is scheduled to switch to self-manufactured Hydrogen Fluoride by 4Q this year and is currently testing self-made test samples.
