Good move, but without infrastructural measurements and all carmakers and authorities working together and above all a changing mindset on transport by the citizens it's not going to work..

Japan must abandon its tribal mentality altogether, and adopt global views, to survive in 21 century. Toyota must go to Northeast China to secure the market and manufacture base before too late. Softbank must become a part of Pan China financial system in promoting digital money. Japan must reclaim its historical role as a promoter of co-prosperity sphere.
