Thou shalt not say anything bad of Apple - lest they sue you or nobble your iPhone.

(Sounds like the CCP).

Apple reaches $2 trillion market value as tech fortunes soar

Means nada to the common man and woman on the street or the millions of

Americans who are unemployed and living on food stamps.

Investors awash with excess money playing with it like children

playing with toys.

Now that technology has clearly become the oil of the 21st century, other industry leaders could soon be joining Apple in the $2 trillion club, now that it is clear technology has become the oil of the 21st century.

Got that one past the editors, didn’t they

@drlucifer: Why so bitter? Investors are awash with cash because the central Banks are printing money. If it wasn't the stock market it would be another asset. I appreciate what you are saying but its simple economics.

Nothing screams “irrational exuberance” like the FAANG stocks driving 90% of the S&P’s return over the past 5 years.

Best be seated, Apple original public offering, Dec, 1980, for a heady $21/ share.

The stock subsequently moved through a number of divisional splits, 2-for-1 x 3 + 7-for-1. That amounts a two for one, or seven or one, and compounds at approx. 61 per share. More than a down payment on a sizable yacht.

This will seriously annoy trump. Anything/anybody who has more $'s than trump, will become a target.

Foe example. trump tells Americans "Don't Buy Goodyear Tires"

Why? They don't like me!!!!!!!

We rest our case.
