Gee, that's boring. Only computer illiterates would choose an iPhone over an Android... Mac desktops, I mean do they really still make those?

Sorry but Apple doesnt excite me anymore with their overpriced gadgets. Swipe to type? It existed for a long time no? 6000 dollar for a new computer? What the..... The only thing that is interesting is the new programming language that would make it easier for people to make apps.

There is no such thing as privacy anymore with tech companies... They make more money reselling your data to other companies..

Good news if I can finally delete iTunes. Bad news if it is replaced by three different programs that Apple won't let me delete. If we're lucky the new music app will be able to play FLAC files. If not, it's completely useless for me.

VLC is a better app anyway

@Arturo: laughing at people who have never heard music as it should (i.e. an Apple Download). I use Apple Products and iTunes (or whatever its about to be renamed as) - It serves an excellent purpose, in the car, on your earphones etc. Play that side by side with Lossless stream or the original CD in a larger room and you will instantly tell the difference. Why anybody would pay 1000 yen for a 256k dowload of an album when the CD is 1200 yen is beyond me. Said CD is yours, has an actual cover is if much higher quality and you can rip in any format you desire. So - once again laughing at people who haven't compared...you don't need super hearing.

Iphones and their headphones are garbage period.. What do you expect Bose or Bang & Oluffsen quality sound? IPhones and their headphones are mass produced garbage off of slave labor, parts costing less then 5 yen, so don't have high expectations on anything with an Apple logo of deceit..

Isn't converting FLAC files into Apple's own lossless files the same? That's what I do and I can't tell the difference even though my hearing is very acute.

There wouldn't be any difference in quality since both formats are lossless. However, I ripped my CDs in FLAC format and do not want to convert the files to an Apple format. Why Apple refuse to support a common, open format is beyond me.

I use Clementine as a music player. It doesn't try to rearrange your files like iTunes, it can play FLACs and it works on Linux too.

Juse get sound insulation for your walls. I blast my wireless speakers, who cares about the neighbors.. Legally here you can play your surround sound speakers or whatever setup you like at 50level here or more, before midnight.

So if they complain, you are not doing anything wrong.

Shouldnt cave into old folks near by.

Blast that THX sound

Just so long as I can keep my music library on my devices, with no cloud and no algorithm trying to "match" what I have to the wrong versions. I don't care what they call it.

I wonder when Apple will remotely delete my ITunes music from my computer and phone?

We are old ourselves, 70+. When I want to sing I take my iPhone and go to to the farming fields and sing my head off.

Just to clarify your talks, Your 70+ singing on the farm here?

What do you sing? Frank Sinatra of the era would definitely be a good thing to the locals ^_^

Jokes haha, but actually a lot of folks of your generation who are Japanese would build a fan base if you did sing Frank Sinatra, just saying haha. A lot of my clients in your age group, tend to sing Frank, Beatles etc in karoke.

I usually sing 80s or other in Karaoke. Yeah that is a good deal. Kansai folks are a different breed that's for sure and cool too.

Are you near the Tezuka museum in Hyogo? That's towards Takarazuka.

Tezuka museum is quite good
