finally some cheaper Apple prices, competition is great! you only drop your prices when your rivals are turning up the heat. 14.2% worldwide! just shows you Apple is not as popular outside the US as theyd make you think. but im sure Apple will screw the customer on apps and music downloads instead.

Its b/c they can't think of anything new. Jobs would have rolled over in his grave if he saw this.

After the smaller iPad, now a cheaper iPhone. Jobs must be rolling over in his grave.

I dunno, Samsung just announced yet another new, humongous version of its Galaxy phone (the "Mega" at 6+ inches), so it sounds to me like all the major players are kind of grasping at straws at this point, and have nothing really new to offer.

Fewer features than a standard iPhone? What on earth can they take away from the already feature-barren standard iPhone? The headphone socket? The camera? Apple Maps?

and those buying the cheaper phones will complain the it wont run the graphics heavy games well like 'infinity blade' and do all the things their friends full iphone can do. Apple is about to open a can of worms.....

Looks like a Sept. 20 rollout for the 5S and 5C in Japan.
