Apple to buy music recognizing app Shazam: report

I subscribe to Apple Music and must say I am very happy at what I get for what I pay. Still can't believe it actually.

$400 million isn't a lot of money considering it has raised around $143 million at a $1 billion valuation. The numbers don't add up and acquisition was highly under valued. But ofcourse a very good move by Apple because this purchase allows them to integrate and improvise many features (including Siri, Home pod) without further third party licensing. And ofcourse a whole lot of new data so a tough competition to Spotify.
