Apple Watch models face U.S. import ban in patent clash

Apple originally approached Masimo Corp expressing an interest in buying them. In the process of, cough cough, "due diligence" they learned the company's technologies and poached their best engineers before backing out of the deal. Then they applied Masimo's tech to their watches. It's a sleazy thing Apple did and they richly deserve to have their new watch banned from the US market.

Rooting for the underdog here. Apple has so many lawyers it thinks it’s above the law.
