Auto industry races to make ventilators during virus crisis

Ventilators have become a, perhaps, unnecessary focus of the pandemic.

Doctor interviewed on NPR last night says that early data is showing that 50-80% of patients who need to be put on a ventilator are not going to survive anyway do to the nature of the pneumonia that CoVid leads to.
