Gun laws should be. . . oh, wait a minute. I saw 'bullet' and got the wrong idea. So anyhow, this sounds like an improvement. Safety should be an issue in anything in any country. I saw a carnival ride go bad once. You wouldn't have wanted to see it.

No it does not. It indicates that they are upgrading their equipment and they found a better way of doing the same job. It also indicates that they are making the investments to ensure the safe operations of the trains.

This type of digital irregularity and safety scanning has been used for almost 20 years in some countries.
