The technology can be used to reveal a shopper’s true gender. They could even recommend transitioning therapists and, when appropriate, surgeons. Just think of all the people who think they are men but really aren’t who will be helped. Wonder of wonders!

Large companues are using AI for wrong causes, why not develop AI for good that helps society, instead of stalking surveillance methods, such as silly catchphrases as your age etc, reality is, its like 1984 with the current AI research of surveillance, dont be fooled..

This technology has been available and in use in some places in Japan for some time. Nothing new here...

If a store assumes I am Gay/Trans/etc, or anything other than my "Norm" , then I will go "Native" on those Computer systems, Staff can politely vacate the premises whilst I vent my Native Masculine assertiveness upon their AI (absolute Imbecile) system that have insulted me. We can deal with the Insults and response in Court afterwards and if my 1 google $ insult fee is not covered by their costs, then I will pay any excess.... But I guess my fee is beyond even Apple's reach, too... so.
