Vietnam is the most wired place I've ever been to. Switch on your wifi adapter on a street corner, and about a dozen free and open networks pop up. the cheap hotels may have broken toilets but they always make sure the wifi is running.

How many of the "developing" countries have clean drinking water and potable water? How many children diw each year due to lack there of? What a choice. Do I want clean water or WiFi?
