Driverless 'bus of the future' tested in Barcelona

Not a good idea. One of our local bus drivers had to stop and order an abusive drunk off his bus to protect his passengers - mainly pensioners and young mums with toddlers - the other week. School buses, or buses with a lot of school kids on them also need someone in charge. Plus there is the matter of collecting fares, checking passes and in a recent case, diverting the bus to a local hospital when a passenger fell ill.
