I believe it’s not actually legal, but requires you to ask at the dealer/seller to get it enabled. A bit of a pachinko type situation.

Billions of dollars invested by companies in creating self-driving carst hat don't need smart highways says you're wrong. These companies wouldn't be investing this money if it was a "pie in the sky idea".

"Playing games while driving" It's a very bold idea. But with the help of technology, this will be possible soon.
