It's interesting that Musk is the hero of the left for environmentally cars, and the hero of the right for his online trolling.

His labor practices and his stance on Covid-19 make him, let's say, much less than a hero among most of those you would label as "left". He is seen by the left as an arrogant, bigoted, self aggrandizing jerk.

The guy has $100 billion. I seriously doubt he is trying to time his moves to make the most money.
