And if Elon is "judged" to be breaking the DSA law, what are they honestly going to do? Fine him? He's an American citizen running an American company. He doesn't have to pay jack to a country he doesn't live in. Ban the usage of Twitter across the entire EU? Yeah, that's going to go over well with the millions of people that live there and use it, including all of the politicians who use Twitter.

They don't have a single card that they can play.

Mr. Musk said a few days ago he is considering leaving the EU market rather than obey their laws so the ban you think impossible may come from Elon Musk himself.

Firms are not all powerful. The EU is not somehow obliged to allow Elon Musk to flout their laws and the EU has the means to fine firms into submission or close them if they refuse to comply. It might take a while but similar cases take years in US courts too. The Apple Irish tax case is illustrative of how the EU will pursue cheaters and those who violate their laws. Microsoft threatened to leave the EU over their data privacy laws but in the end changed changed Windows to comply with their laws.

American too can be prosecuted by the EU or do you think they have a special power?

One must feel sort of sorry for Elon, you know, for being soooooooo intelligent and ahead of the game, even with out knowing what the game is.

The technocrats are going to try and silence him through lawfare because he's not playing the game on their side.

X has assets and permission to operate for now in the EU. You are right, though, that Elon can always select bankruptcy for X.
