For god sake, have the necessary resources to manage your SNS business and keep it clean of offensive material, this should be the basics ! Notice, this is only a problem since services provider are not legally responsible and they cut their expenses in that field, today, if you want to host your piracy illegal links and share them with your crowd, nothing more than a Facebook page, anyway, having AI response to the problem, knowing Facebook, will certainly end in something in the same category as their current "image with 20% of text or more cannot be promoted" (without any care of what the text means).
