Currency pegged ? I'd still opt to keep my spending habits private from Facebook. We all know how they deal with our Privacy don't we.... ?

Countries can create their own crypto currency.

So can you, so can Facebook, so can anyone. There are open-source blockchain implementations out there that anyone is free to develop.

Who in their right mind would use this after all we know about Facebook? Not only their technical issues but their CEO's blatant disregard for the privacy of the users. I will let Zuckerburg's words speak for themselves;
